Leighanne Buchanan,

certified yoga instructor

Leighanne has been practicing yoga for over 30 years. She is a certified yoga teacher dedicated to teaching asana, pranayama, and meditation since 1998. Her style is gentle enough for the beginner yet challenges the experienced yogi with variations, attention to the breath, alignment, and meditation within each pose. As a Christian, she encourages you to connect with God in all that you do, resting in His grace and love until each thought, breath and movement becomes an act of worship.

 

Rachel King,

Rachel is a Registered Yoga Teacher who is passionate about making yoga accessible and inspiring people to connect with their body. She encourages you to find a balance of ease and effort in your practice.

 

Whitney R. Simpson,

certified yoga instructor & spiritual director

Whitney began practicing yoga as part of her recovery after a stroke and brain surgery in 2005 at age 31. She was hesitant a yoga practice could ease her chronic pain. Needless to say, she was wrong. Embracing the practices of yoga and meditation have been foundational for her path to recovery - in body and in spirit. Whitney is a 500-hour certified yoga instructor and a trained spiritual director passionate about sharing the physical and spiritual benefits of movement, meditation, and breath with a variety of populations and skill levels.
