Beginners and advanced students are welcome to grow their yoga practice from the ground up. Deepening their knowledge with a variety of yoga styles and therapeutic information, each week is different.
Beginner Chair & Back Care Yoga
Classes often use a chair for the seated and standing poses to assist with balance and alignment. Perfect for beginners, great for back care. Advanced students find insight into alignment of familiar poses.
Beginner Yoga & Meditation
An opportunity to explore yoga as a moving meditation. This practice is made available for both the beginner and advanced practitioner, with time dedicated to movement and meditation. We will incorporate breath work, various styles of yoga and meditation, as well as ancient prayer practices.
An energetic practice to build heat, endurance, flexibility, strength. The creative sequencing found in a vinyasa flow class is often built around surya namaskar (sun salutations) linking breath and movement.
Open to all levels, great for beginners, a soothing gentle practice focusing on moving slowly into poses while using the breath to remain present and mindful.
A gentle, calming, relaxing, balancing, and therapeutic yoga that uses props to support the body to releases deeply held stress and tension. Bodywork will also be done using balls to self massage knots of tension. All levels welcome including students working with an injury.
